We are urgently seeking an English teacher for (1) preschool-aged children aged 2–3 years on Wednesdays and/or (2) first-grade elementary school students starting in April.
Our school is in Tama-Plaza, Aoba-ku, Yokohama.
Employment Conditions
- Hourly Salary: JPY2,500 - JPY3,000 plus transportation up to JPY5,000 per month
- Work Days and Hours:
(1) Wednesday 9:30am - 2:30pm,
(2) Thursday 3:20pm - 5:40pm
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Excellent experience and passion for teaching English to children
- Currently have permission to work in Japan
Job Description
- Prepare for the class (set up and clean up the classroom, review lesson plans)
- Teach a 240-minute class for preschool aged children and a 100-minutes class for first-grade elementary school students (approximately 5 students per class)
- Lesson plans are prepared and materials used at the classroom are provided by the school
