Description:
Clover International School is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic native English speaker to join our team as a Full-Time English Teacher for our After-School Program.

Clover International School is an innovative and growing institution located in Aichi, Japan, with seven campuses in Okazaki, about an hour from Nagoya. Our school offers an immersive English-Chinese education to children.

Requirements:

- Native English speaker
- Passion for inspiring and caring for children
- Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player
- Ability to design, organize, and implement engaging lessons
- Willingness to work evening shifts (2:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree
- A teaching license is an advantage
- Available to work on Saturdays
- CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL qualification preferred
- Experience teaching both adults and children is an advantage
- Willingness to work under flexible time conditions

Conditions:

-Full-time position (30-40 hours per week)
-Six-month probationary period upon hiring
Salary:
¥230,000 - ¥250,000/month for those with a teaching license
¥210,000 - ¥230,000/month for those without a teaching license and no prior work experience in public elementary schools
-Potential salary increases after the probationary period based on performance and evaluation
-Transportation compensation provided
-No prior Japanese language skills required
-Minimum commitment: 3 years
