Requirements

  • English: Business level (preferred)
  • Japanese: Business level (preferred)
  • Must currently reside in Japan
  • Must not fall under any disqualification criteria outlined in the Japanese Security Business Law (to be confirmed during the interview).
  • Flexibility & Reliability: Willingness to work in shifts (weekends/holidays) and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, patrolling, and responding swiftly to incidents as required.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor, ability to resolve conflicts and address visitor concerns promptly
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities
・Team Management & Scheduling: Lead daily roll calls, coordinate shifts, and guide PSOs to ensure top-notch patrols, surveillance, and visitor assistance.
・Safety & Security Oversight: Conduct regular inspections, monitor CCTV, respond to suspicious activities, and uphold emergency protocols.
・Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for visitors, pavilion staff, and emergency services, swiftly resolving concerns with professionalism.
・Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, track performance, and reinforce best practices to maintain a cohesive, high-performing security team.

Salary
Hourly Wage: ¥2,850 – ¥3,000
Daily Wage: ¥28,143 – ¥29,625 (including foreign language allowance)
Foreign Language Allowance: Evaluated based on proficiency in both Japanese and English, referencing JLPT and English test scores
