English Teacher/ English After School Teacher

We at Change are looking for passionate and energetic Native English Teachers to join our team in Osaka! If you love working with young learners and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

About the Role
• Morning (10:00–11:00): Teach at various kindergartens across Osaka, delivering fun and engaging English lessons.
• Afternoon (14:00–19:45, depending on the schedule): Return to our campus or partner cultural centers to plan lessons and teach English classes, including Phonics, Grammar, Conversation, EIKEN, and JAPEC preparation.

Teachers can choose to work in the morning, afternoon, or both, depending on availability and schedule preferences.

What We’re Looking For
• Native English speakers with a passion for teaching.
• Classroom management skills – the ability to create a structured, engaging, and positive learning environment.
• Prior teaching experience (especially with young learners) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Must have a valid working visa (We are unable to provide visa sponsorship).
