Position: Assistant Language Teacher (ALT)
Location: Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan

Key Responsibilities:

→ Assist in English language classes at local elementary and junior high schools.
→ Collaborate with Japanese teachers to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
→ Encourage students to develop their English communication skills.
→ Participate in school events and cultural exchange activities.

Qualifications:

→　Native-level English proficiency.
→　Bachelor's degree in any field.
→　Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
→　Passion for education and cultural exchange.
→　Previous teaching experience or TEFL certification is a plus.
