[Secondary School English Teachers in Western Tokyo (April 2025)]
Contract Period: April 1 2025 - March 31, 2026
Location: Western Tokyo
Monthly Compensation: 300,000yen - 320,000yen (before tax) + transportation
Working Days: 5 days week (within Mon to Sat)
Working Hours: 8:10-16:30
Lessons: Up to 20 regular lessons a week
Insurances: Social Insurance, employment insurance
Days off: Sunday and one weekday
Holidays: Summer vacation (about 7-10 days), Christmas Day, New Year's Holiday, 10 days of paid leave

[Contract included the following duties]
* Preparing and teaching up to 20 lessons a week according to the school schedule
* Curriculum and material development
* Creating, marking, grading, and proctoring of regular and entrance exams
* Homeroom teacher duties on homeroom teachers' research days
* After school club
* Preparing and teaching special summer courses
* Attending meetings, school events, and ceremonies
* Teaching special courses
* Preparation for overseas study program
* Various duties related to grade groups and international promotion department
* Teaching English conversation to Japanese teachers
* Other duties related to school education

[Qualification Requirements]
* Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably a major related to the subject in which you will be teaching)
* Minimum 3 years of RELEVANT teaching experience at secondary school
* Having a teacher's license in your home country is preferred
* Capable of working with the school's curriculum
* Knowledgeable about the subject assigned to teach
* Acceptance of a Christian work environment
* Conversational Japanese ability is a plus
* Must currently reside in Japan and have a proper visa
