We are looking for a Tourism Operations Supervisor.
Education Level: University Degree
Preferred Certification: 旅行業務取扱管理者 or 旅行サービス手配業務取扱管理者
Experience: In the Tourism Sector in Operational, Administrative, Customer Service, or Tour Guide positions.
Sectors of Experience: Tours, Hospitality, Logistics, Travel Agencies.
Required Languages: Japanese – English
Main Responsibilities
Supplier Management:
Prospecting and acquiring transportation suppliers, access to tourist centers, and guides.
Supplier Quality and Evaluation:
Reviewing quality and handling incidents with suppliers.
Negotiating and meeting with suppliers (transportation, radios, radio guides, restaurants, etc.).
Managing ticket purchases.
Reports and Administration:
- Requesting billing from suppliers.
- Controlling and reporting daily operational expenses.
- Reconciling logs and services from suppliers.
- Sending payment requests to suppliers.
- Controlling tickets and entries.
- Monitoring operational expense controls.
- Managing operational reimbursements.
- Managing petty cash for daily operations.
- Responding to weekly and monthly reports.
- Attending meetings to review results.
Standard Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break).

Holidays: Vacations required by law, Japanese holidays and other holidays determined by the company
