Bartender - Full Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking talented bartenders with experience making cocktails, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for growing as a bartender. This position is an exciting opportunity to
showcase your skills and grow in a friendly multi-cultural, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- A VALID visa for full-time bar work (we do not sponsor).
- Experience making cocktails (additional training may be required)
- Passion in bartending as a career.
- Knowledge of cocktails and various liquors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for expressing Japanese culture.
- Humility and willingness to adapt.

Responsibilities:
- Passionately craft cocktails and drinks to order.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their experience.
- Maintain bar cleanliness
- Collaborate with other bartenders, hall staff, and management to help build a cohesive and ego-free environment.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Working Hours & Days:
- Various Shifts available - more details to be provided in the interview.
- Individuals with flexible working schedules and willingness to work longer days are a plus. (Compensation will be provided accordingly.)
- Two Days off per week.

Compensation:
- Starting at 350,000+ JPY per month. (Higher w/ qualified experience)

NOTE:
- 3-month probationary period required for all employees.

Location:
3 - 5 minutes walk from Shibuya station.

Salary, working hours, and working days are open for negotiation.

Currently our open hours are from WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY 2pm-11pm, but we are looking to expand that as well.

WE DO NOT SPONSOR VISAS. Humanities, Engineering, Work Holiday, or Instructor Visas are ineligible.
