We’re seeking individuals with strong Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll have the chance to work at prestigious hotels and lodges in beautiful areas like Yamanashi, Shizuoka, and Nagano, making this a great opportunity to combine your love of hospitality with working in some of Japan’s most breathtaking regions. We also have exciting openings in Fukui, Aichi, and Shiga!

With a monthly salary starting at ¥200,000 and annual earnings ranging from ¥2.4 million to ¥3.9 million, this role offers competitive compensation. You’ll also have the potential for bonuses ranging from ¥10,000 to ¥100,000 based on previous performance results. And with salary increases and career advancement opportunities, you can grow within Japan’s dynamic hospitality sector.

➤What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have JLPT N2 or higher proficiency in Japanese, fluency in English, and experience in the service industry (preferred but not required). You must also have an unrestricted working visa for Japan, although visa sponsorship may be considered for well-qualified applicants.
