We offer competitive salaries starting at ¥245,000+ (including fixed overtime of ¥68,100 for 45 hours) for those relocating, or ¥235,000+ (with fixed overtime of ¥66,540 for 45 hours) for local employees. You’ll also enjoy relocation support within commuting distance and bonuses twice a year—last year’s totaling 1 month. Plus, hit your quarterly goals and earn incentives of ¥10,000 as a general employee, or ¥30,000 if you’re in management!

*JLPT N2 or higher (required)
*Fluency in both English and Japanese
*Experience in the service industry (preferred)
*Unrestricted working visa for the hospitality industry (Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates)
