We are excited to announce the opening of our online English learning platform, Link Talk, and
we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to join our team!

About Link Talk:

Link Talk is an online Academic skill and English learning service operated by Alive Co., Ltd.
(Alive English School), based in Nagoya, Japan. Our platform connects students aged 6 to 22
(including adults) with passionate instructors who help them develop confidence in learning.
Lessons are conducted one-on-one via Zoom, allowing students to learn from the comfort of
their homes.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek engaging and active teachers who enjoy conversations and discussions in terms of
any academic skill. Whether you love working with young learners or guiding advanced students through academic topics, we welcome educators from diverse backgrounds. Even retired professors or university students.

Subjects & Student Levels:

Teachers can specialize in various fields, including but not limited to:
● Academic Subjects (Science, Mathematics, etc.)
● Daily English Conversation
● Business English
● Pronunciation & Grammar
● Writing & Composition
● Phonics & Reading
● Test Preparation (STEP Eiken, TOEIC, TOEFL)
● Discussion & Debate
● Speech Coaching
● Any Subjects

How to Apply:

1. Complete the Application Form – Upload a short introduction, a photo, and a brief
description of your university or hometown.
2. Attend a Zoom Interview – If your application is approved, we will schedule a brief
interview. ( No Interview required for Current Alive Co., Ltd. Instructors or Staff )
3. Set Your Availability – Indicate the times you are available to teach.
4. Start Teaching – Once students book your lessons, you will receive an email with the
Zoom details.

Lesson & Payment Details:

● Lesson Duration: 25-minute sessions
● Preparation: Be ready 5 minutes before class begins.
● Post-Lesson: Submit a brief lesson summary and feedback.
● Payment: Teachers set their own rates. Minimum payout of 5,000 yen via PayPal or
bank transfer (transaction fees apply for bank transfers). Low platform commission of
20%.

Requirements:

● Ability to operate Zoom effectively.
● Patience and understanding, especially when teaching beginners.
● Expertise in one or more of the listed subjects.

Work Schedule:

● Flexible hours, but please consider Japan’s time zone when setting availability.
● Teach from any location with a stable internet connection and Zoom access.
