Client Company Overview
Our client is an international RPO client that is looking for experienced senior level recruiters within the life science sector to work with major domestic and overseas companies in Japan to hire strategic roles for organizations.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter that has a proven track record of successful placements within the life sciences sector. The position is a senior level role and will be an independent contributor as well as work within a team to fill senior level roles within life science organizations in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles in the life sciences industry, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, R&D, and quality assurance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in life sciences hiring.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.

-Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of life sciences roles and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Business Level Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in agency or corporate recruiting within the life sciences sector.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA, GMP, or clinical trial standards.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and hiring trends.
