【Position Overview】
WASHIN has been supported by many customers for its high-quality eyeglasses, exceptional　service and hospitality.
In recent years, many foreign tourists have visited Japan, many of whom are looking for genuine Japanese eyeglasses and service.
We are looking for members who can actively communicate with foreign customers who visit our stores and provide them with the unique shopping experience at WASHIN, with our high-quality eyeglasses and professional services.


【Working Conditions】
・Working hours
8 hours of actual work per day, 60 minutes of break during 9:30-20:00
Work schedule is based on monthly shifts

・monthly salary
230,000 JPY - 300,000 JPY
Monthly salary will be determined based on experience in eyeglass sales and language skills.

In addition to the above, incentives are provided depending on the degree to which target sales amount is achieved.

Shinjuku
Ginza
Omotesando (scheduled to open in June 2025)

Holidays: 110 days a year (2 days off a week)

Customer service, proposals, and sales of glasses, sunglasses, hearing aids, and contact lenses.

【勤務条件】
・勤務時間
9：30～20:00　左記時間内で1日実働8時間、休憩60分
勤務スケジュールは1ヶ月ごとのシフト制

【月給】
230,000円～300,000円
月給は眼鏡販売職経験の有無や語学力を考慮して決定いたします。

上記に加え、目標売上金額達成度合いに応じたインセンティブ支給あり

メガネ、サングラス、補聴器、コンタクトレンズについて接客・提案・販売
外国人のお客様と日本人スタッフのコミュニケーションの際の通訳サポート
免税販売の対応
商品補充、店舗内清掃
視力測定
メガネの加工
メガネのフィッティング

この仕事は営業職と呼ばれることが多いですが、その仕事は多岐にわたります。
