Berkeley House is seeking international students studying in Japan, with near native or advanced English ability, to facilitate Japanese University students to converse in English and improve their communication skills, and to promote intercultural understanding.
Duties:
Cultural exchange, Q&A sessions, interactive tasks and activities, speeches and presentations, and critical thinking exercises with Japanese students
*This is not a teaching position and preparation outside of the lesson is not required but face to face on campus, and an orientation session with trainers will be required.
We are looking for individuals who fit the following requirements:
-Near Native or Advanced English Speaker with Student Visa with Work Permit
Holder of a Non-Japanese Passport
-Students studying in Japan or individuals with aspirations to become English Teachers
-Vibrant, outgoing, and friendly individuals
-Punctual, reliable, and culturally sensitive individuals
We expect the candidates who are available for all the lessons in the list.
5 days From Monday, March 3rd, 2025 to Friday, March 7th, 2025
11:00~15:00 (including one hour lunch break)
Possibility of other similar opportunities and/or part-time teaching positions may be offered depending on qualification.
