📌 Positions Available:
Chef de Partie (380,000~420,000 yen/month)
Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards. Lead and inspire the team to create exceptional dishes.
Chef (350,000~380,000 yen/month)
Prepare high-quality dishes, manage ingredients, follow recipes, and assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations. Ensure consistency and quality in food production.
Pastry Chef (380,000~420,000 yen/month)
Specialize in the preparation of baked goods, pastries, and desserts. Ensure products meet high-quality standards and adhere to recipes and hygiene regulations.
Café Staff (350,000~380,000 yen/month)
Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, light snacks, and pastries with excellent customer service. Duties include maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Front of House (Service) (350,000~420,000 yen/month)
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages. Ensure a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and addressing customer needs promptly.
Kitchen Assistants (330,000~350,000 yen/month)
Support chefs and kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting in basic food preparation tasks. Help ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Employment Type: Contract Employee
• Contract Duration: March to October 2025
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 22:00 PM (8 hours per day, 1-hour break)
5 days per week, shift-based
• Salary: ¥350,000/month or more (considered based on experience and position)
