Description

Hostel Receptionist Wanted

Working Hours: 12:00-21:00 (including 1-hour break) (Working hours and days may be discussed during the interview)


Job Responsibilities

- Reservation Management
Manage reservations received through platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Respond promptly to online inquiries.
Guest Services

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
Assist guests with their requests and issues during their stay.

- Room Inspection
Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet the required standards before being offered to guests.

- Coordination with Cleaning Services
Confirm the next day's cleaning schedule with the cleaning service provider to prevent missed cleanings.

- Facility Management
Inspect and maintain essential utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
Arrange for immediate response and repairs in case of any issues.
Review Management

- Collect and respond to guest feedback.
Reply to reviews on booking platforms and strive to improve ratings.
Supplies Management

- Check and replenish necessary supplies.
Place orders when stock is running low.
Cleaning Duties

- Cleaning duties
During busy times, you may be required to perform this task. Cleaning duties include changing bed sheets and futon covers, cleaning the bathroom, and replenishing essential supplies to maintain room cleanliness.

勤務時間 12:00-21:00 1時間休憩を含む (勤務時間、勤務日数は面接時に相談可)
1. 予約管理
• AirbnbやBooking.comなどのプラットフォームを通じて受け付けた予約の管理。
• オンラインでの問い合わせへの迅速な対応。

2. ゲスト対応
• フロント窓口でのチェックイン・チェックアウト業務。
• 滞在中のゲストからの要望や問題のサポート。

3. 客室清掃確認
• 清掃済みの部屋を点検し、基準に沿った状態でゲストに提供可能か確認。

4. 清掃会社との連携
• 清掃担当会社と翌日清掃が必要な部屋を確認し、清掃忘れを防止。

5. 施設管理
• 水道、電気、Wi-Fiなどの設備点検と保守。
• 不具合が発生した場合の迅速な対応や修理手配。

6. レビュー管理
• ゲストのフィードバック収集と対応。
• プラットフォーム上のレビューの返信および評価の向上に努める。

7. 消耗品の管理
• 必要な消耗品の補充確認および在庫が不足している場合の発注手配。

8. 清掃業務
• 忙しい時にはこの業務を行う可能性があります。部屋の清潔さを確保するために、ベッドシー
ツや布団カバーの交換、バスルームの清掃、必需品の補充などの清掃業務を行います。

9.SNS宣伝
• SNSでの宣伝能力が優れている方を歓迎します。個人的な興味でも、関連する業務経験が
ある方でも構いません。
