Position: Uzbek Language instructor

Berkeley House Language Center is seeking experienced language instructors for an intensive course in Nagano prefecture starting in April.

Period: – April 22~ July 3, 2025.
( Roughly 73 days )

Students : JICA volunteers going to Uzbekistan.
Location : Komagane-shi,　Nagano-ken, Japan
Working day: Monday-Friday

Average Teaching hours: 5 hours/day (8:45-15:50)
50 min class * from 3 to 6 classes a day
*Work other than teaching: Preparation, Writing reports, Participating in events and meetings, etc.

Student number : 2 to 6

Remuneration: roughly 810,000 ( 270,000 yen per month paid in May, June, July)

Transportation expenses to and from Komagane in Japan will be reimbursed
Transportation from provided apartment to working place will be available for free.

Accommodation: free apartment provided.
Visa Sponsorship: Possible

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a native speaker or Japanese national with professional proficiency in designated language and a dedicated team worker, he/she must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited university and experience in teaching Japanese national.
Preference will be given to those with experience in teaching intensive language programs in Japan.
