Native English Instructor in Tokyo - TCH English School (expired)

TCH is a small and stable school with a 40-year history, located in Musashino-city, two minutes from Mitaka station on the Chuo line. We are expanding our business, which is an after school program for elementary school children from this coming April, 2025.

We are seeking a dedicated, intelligent, adventurous person.

Requirements:
-Having at least one year EFL/ESL experience.
-Interested in teaching English to both children and adults.
-Being able to give interesting, energetic, and highly organized lessons.

Preferable:
-Having experience teaching school subjects to children.

We would like applicants to be able to start from March 2025. We are considering candidates residing in Japan and have valid Visa status.


Job description:

Full-time position
-The position is
1)to teach school subjects to elementary school kids in English. (social studies, science, math, craft, drama, etc)
2)to teach groups and private students, both children and adults.
2)to take care of elementary school children
-The job includes making lesson plans and sufficient preparation.
-The work days are 5 days a week. (Sunday and another day are off + national holidays.)
-Visa sponsorship is available.
-We expect teachers to commit to at least one year.
-2 Vacations (summer and winter vacations) -10 days paid leave (after 6 months of employment)
