At Laurus International School of Science we are looking for enthusiastic educators who bring expertise, energy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Native English speakers with a strong background in early childhood education and experience in a school setting are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Japan with over three years of teaching experience. While Japanese language skills are not required, a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation are essential.

As a Homeroom Teacher, you will:

Work closely with a supportive and dynamic team.
Educate a class of international and globally-minded students using a curriculum designed to flow into our Cambridge-registered Primary School.
Expand your teaching scope with opportunities to lead after-school ESL, STEM Academy, or specialized lessons.
Educators with a BA or MA in Early Childhood Education are highly encouraged to apply!

Position Details

Salary: ¥280,000 - ¥350,000/month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
40 hours per week
