As the “face” of our restaurant, you will be responsible for managing all guest interactions, including handling phone calls and emails, taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, ensuring a warm send-off, and processing payments. ♦ Job Types & Salary ♦

*Starting salary: ¥245,000 or more (includes fixed overtime of ¥68,100 for 45 hours)
Potential for relocation within the assigned area.
Full-time, local employees (within commuting distance):

*Starting salary: ¥235,000 or more (includes fixed overtime of ¥66,540 for 45 hours)
Relocation within commuting distance from your home.
Bonuses & Incentives:

*Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December), with last year’s bonus totaling 1 month (0.5 months in July, 0.5 months in December).
Incentives: General employees receive ¥10,000, and store managers receive ¥30,000 for achieving quarterly goals.

－JLPT N3 or higher proficiency in Japanese (required)
－Fluency in both English and Japanese
－Experience in the service industry (preferred)
－Unrestricted working visa for the hospitality industry
*Visa sponsorship is not offered but may be considered depending on the candidate's qualifications.
