About Us
Our three preschools are licensed Ninka Hoikuen & Nintei Kodomoen and proudly offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme in the Early Years. One of our preschools is an IB World School, and the other two, which are IB Candidate Schools, have undergone the IB verification visits and will be authorized as IB World Schools very soon.

Who We are Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly skilled preschool teachers to:
1.Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 1 to 2 & 3 to 5 years old in separate year group classes.
2. Collaborate effectively with Japanese teachers to deliver quality, bilingual childcare and education.
3. Bring sensitivity, creativity, and dedication to help children grow and thrive in a fun learning atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills
1.Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.
2. Native-level English proficiency with strong communication skills.
3. Proven ability to work in a bilingual and intercultural environment; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
4. Energetic, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering positive learning experiences.
5. Possess a valid visa to work in Japan and be available for in-person and online interviews.
6. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and growth.

Job Details
Start Date: April 2025

Locations:
Moonlight International Kodomoen (formerly Tsukinohikari Kokusai Hoikuen)
Full Moon International Kodomoen Ono
Full Moon International Kodomoen Otake

Work Schedule:
・5 days/week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday events)
・9 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)
Regular shifts: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Prep time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, plus a half-day prep session weekly.

Class Types:
1-year-olds & 2-year-olds classes by the same teacher with several Japanese childcare professionals.
3-year-olds, 4-year-olds, and 5-year-olds by different teachers. Each year-group has one international teacher and a Japanese childcare professional.
