Join Orca Kidz International Daycare as a Nursery English Teacher!

Location: Ichikawa, Chiba (1-minute walk from JR Ichikawa Station)
Position: Nursery English Teacher for Infants and Toddlers (6 months to 3 years old)

Are you passionate about working with young children in a multicultural environment? Orca Kidz International Daycare is seeking a dedicated and motivated part-time Nursery English Teacher to join our team! This role offers the unique opportunity to teach across multiple nurseries within our company, giving you the chance to adapt to various school cultures and enrich your teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach engaging, age-appropriate lessons from an existing curriculum that foster social, emotional, and linguistic development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn English through play and exploration.
• Collaborate with Japanese nursery staff to build strong teamwork and exchange cultural knowledge.
• Assist with basic childcare duties, including diaper changes, feeding, and other daily routines.
• Take initiative and actively contribute to maintaining a high-quality educational experience for all children.

Working Hours:
• 2-5 days per week (flexible scheduling available).
• Maximum of 8 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience in early childhood education or a similar field.
• Basic Japanese language skills (preferred but not required).
• Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with infants and toddlers.
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.
• Outgoing and proactive, with the ability to build relationships even in non-English-speaking settings.
• Ability to follow and implement an established English curriculum.
• Availability to work on Saturdays is a plus.
