◆ About us

Our schools are in Oyama, Utsunomiya and Ashikaga in Tochigi prefecture, and now we are hiring new staffs!

Our first kindergarten has established in 2002.
We first started our school in English conversation school style. But we one day realized that it is very difficult to get kids ability improve enough in that style (just a few times a week). So we decided to make 5 hours of English environment that any other schools could not have.

Our education is based on Individual Psychology. It is started by Alfred Adler, who was an Austrian medical doctor, psychotherapist.

We originally have been providing seminars and lectures with elementary-high schools, companies, and study groups for 10 years. We are holding more than 350 seminars about individual psychology every year.

Throughout the seminars and counseling for 10 years, we realized that what the most important is early childhood education.
Now we are hoping to have enthusiastic teachers who are willing to follow our philosophy; everything is for kids' future.


◆ What we offer

- Starting monthly salary of 240,000– 270,000 (negotiable)
- Transportation will be reimbursed up to ￥10,000 per month

◆ Job Requirements

- 5 days a week (except Sunday), 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (8 working hours)
- 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, teaching English to children aged between 2 and 6 years of age
- 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, teaching English to children aged between 6 and 12 years of age
- taking care of children in English, following our method based on individual psychology
- participate in occasional special events
- Conversational Japanese preferred
