Position Overview:
We are hiring:
Nursery/Kindergarten Teacher: Teach and care for 30 children aged 0-6 years.
After-School Teacher: Teach and guide 20 children from Grade 1 to Grade 5.

◎Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to children in a fun and engaging way.
Provide care and support for children, fostering a positive learning environment.
Create and execute lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement teaching strategies.
It is essential to learn the language used in daily life, so you need to spend time actively engaging with the child and have lots of conversations with them.

◎Requirements:
・Native English speaker.
・Proven experience teaching English to children (TESOL certification preferred).
・Passionate about working with young learners and fostering their development.

◎Working Days / Hours:
・Shift: 5 days a week (Monday - Saturday) , 8 hours a day between 7:30-20:00 (includes a 1-hour break).

◎Holiday / Vacation:
・1 day off between Monday - Saturday
・Sundays off
・Paid vacation days
・Japanese public holidays
・New Year's holiday(12/29-1/3)

◎Salary&Benefits
Bonus: Once a year
*After one year of employment, a bonus will be paid if both parties agrees to continued employment for the following year (no bonus will be paid if employment ends after one year).

Salary increase: Once a year
*Based on company and individual performance.

Period of use: 6 months
After 6 months, the company will interview the applicant and offer him/her full employment.

Transportation: Up to 8,000 yen/month.
Social Insurance: Includes Employment Insurance, Compensation Insurance, Employees’ Pension, and Health Insurance.

Assistance in finding housing will be provided as needed. (No assistance with rent or initial costs is provided.)
