*School Location: 1-chome, Sadowawa, Higashi-Ku, Kumamoto city, Kumamoto
*Teaching class: English-immersion kindergarten(We have various classes to teach such as literary, math, social studies, STEAM, P.E., computer science, music etc. ), After school program for International kindergarten graduates
*Students' age: 1.6 ~6 years old, Elementary School students
*Work Hours: 8:30-18:00 (60 min. breaks)
*Work Days: Monday to Friday(Details discussed in the interview)
*Starting Date: January 2025 (*Negotiable)
*Monthly Salary:270,000- 300,000yen (*It depends on the work schedule. Details discussed in the interview *Probation period available)
*Social Insurances and Paid Holidays
*Regular Days off: Saturday & Sunday (*There are some exceptions according to the school calendar. Details discussed in the interview)
*Holidays: G.W./ Summer Obon holidays/ Year-end & New Years Holidays
*Visa sponsorship available
*Qualifications:
-Native English speaker(Candidates must be from English speaking countries)
-Teaching experience preferably at International preschools/kindergartens, eikaiwa schools
-Bachelor's degree in Education or early childhood education, TESOL,or any teaching license and certificate is a plus
-Basic PC skills(Word/Excel/Powerpoint, ipads, Mac PCs)
-Conversational Japanese skill(Not necessary)

-love working with very young children and be comfortable teaching all age groups
-understand children's characteristics and their learning styles.
-be serious and passionate about teaching and education
-be hardworking, dedicated, responsible, punctual, polite, and have good manners
-be fun, friendly, and energetic
-be patient and supportive
-work as a team player
-have respect for the students, parents, other teachers, and staff
-have an understanding of Japanese culture, manners, customs, and work ethics
-be able to make lesson plans and conduct lessons following the school curriculum
-contribute to the development of the school
-be currently residing in Japan
