Description

Join Our Team at the American Kindergarten in Miyazaki!

Are you passionate about shaping the future of young minds? At the American Kindergarten, we believe in creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, grow, and develop through hands-on activities and play. We are looking for dedicated childcare workers who can inspire and guide children on their learning journeys.

Your Role: As a childcare worker, you'll be doing more than just supervising children—you’ll be a key part of their growth and discovery. You'll create engaging activities that fuel their curiosity, help develop social skills, and foster creativity. Every day will be an adventure, whether it’s teaching language skills through storytelling, sparking creativity with art and music, or encouraging collaboration through group play. You’ll also play a vital role in ensuring the emotional well-being and development of each child, keeping a close eye on their progress.

Here, learning happens in every interaction, whether it’s counting blocks, building in a sandbox, or experimenting with new ideas. If you love the idea of watching children light up with discovery, this role is for you!

Why Choose Us? Miyazaki is your ticket to a laid-back, tropical lifestyle. Imagine finishing your workday and heading to one of Japan’s most beautiful beaches for some surfing or unwinding with a famous local steak and fresh mango. With its stunning coastal beauty, low cost of living, and easy access to major cities like Tokyo, Seoul, and Taipei, Miyazaki offers the perfect balance of work and leisure.

Perks & Benefits:

35-40 hour work week with weekends and holidays off, plus extended breaks for New Year’s and Obon.
A year-long working visa (if needed), with renewal opportunities.
Employment insurance and a supportive work environment.
Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or simply someone who values a peaceful lifestyle, Miyazaki has something for everyone. Join us, and make a difference in the lives of children while experiencing the beauty and tranquility of southern Japan.
