Position Overview
We are seeking talented full‐time Floor Staff / Servers to join our team at a brand-new bar in
Shibuya that opened in August. The ideal candidate will have fluency in either English or
Japanese, with at least conversational ability in either-or as a second language. A keen
attention to cleanliness, detail, punctuality, and a dedication to outstanding customer service are
also important. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Fluent in English OR Japanese but with additional comprehension in ENG/JP as a second
language.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and spirits. Knowledge or desire to learn about California wines, nihonshu, and shochu is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in a bar setting in Japan.

Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging in conversation to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment, including proper storage
and rotation of ingredients, utensils, and glassware
• Monitor inventory levels and notify managers as needed to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency throughout the establishment
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

Location:
5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station

Working Hours:
10AM〜7PM (with a one-hour break), 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday)
*Exact work hours are subject to change as we are planning on changing open hours & shifts*

This position will currently get Mondays and Tuesdays off each week, as we are closed those days, but it is subject to change as the bar opens more days.

We are also looking for Bartenders with at least 5+ years of experience. Please inquire for more details.

Those who are also available to work earlier shifts (starting from 10AM-) are also welcome.

Salary, working hours, and working days are open to negotiation.
