[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 5+ years of experience teaching Business English
- Strong fundamentals (language knowledge, business knowledge, teaching methodology)
- Experience teaching all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced)
- Previous corporate work experience strongly preferred

Anchorstar is a boutique advisory firm partnering with Japanese corporations on a wide range of global projects. Recently, we expanded its services to include Anchorstar English, a communication-based Business English program. This program focuses on developing the communication skills of global business professionals through personalized one-to-one instruction. Our coaches remain on-site throughout the day to provide dedicated support and cater to the evolving needs of clients.

[MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Work 1:1 with clients
- Travel to and work at the client site all day (Tokyo Area)
- Deliver high-quality, communicative lessons customized to client needs and business goals
- Prepare for lessons, review materials, create lesson plans, check homework, etc.
- Collaborate with the coaching team on improving and developing new products and services
- Support product development, content building, knowledge management, curriculum and assessment design
- Bring in fresh ideas to drive constant innovation

[HOURS]
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- General Working Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Teaching Days: 3 days at the client site (1 day = 1 client site)
- Non-Teaching Days: Hybrid workstyle prioritizing in-office collaboration
- Weekends and public holidays are off (as per calendar)
