Description

Village House Management is looking for a Tagalog speaking Real Estate Property Management Coordinator is needed for handling inquiries and providing support in both Tagalog and Japanese for new and existing tenants of its rental apartments.

Some responsibilities are as follows:
・Tenant support and customer service during move-in and move-out processes
・Efforts to improve rent collection rates (including collection activities)
・Comprehensive management of properties in your assigned area, including supervision of property managers
・Communicating with related departments and tenants via phone and email
・Data entry into tenant management and property management systems
・PC tasks such as creating analysis reports and documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Checking various documents and forms
※ Communication within the team and company will primarily be conducted in Japanese.

Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent in Tagalog and Business-Level Japanese or above (JLPT N2+)
PC Skills: Proficient in Excel and Word
Familiar with business email etiquette
Able to type at a reasonable speed
Must hold a valid visa permitting full-time work

Work Experience: Candidates with extensive experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
※ Candidates with real estate industry experience, especially in property management or building management, will be given preference.

Employment Type
Full-time (Probationary period: 3 months)

Annual Salary
¥3,600,000 - ¥4,200,000
Annual salary system (Monthly salary: ¥300,000 - ¥350,000)
Includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥56,110 - ¥65,462 in the monthly salary
Bonuses based on performance (Last year's bonus: equivalent to 4 months' salary)

Working Hours
Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(weekends and national holidays off)
*There may be occasional weekend and holiday work, approximately once every two months. If you work on weekends or holidays, you will be given a compensatory day off on week day.

仕事内容
賃貸マンション「ビレッジハウス」の新規顧客と既存入居者の両方からのタガログ語・日本語の問い合わせ対応やサポート

・入居時・退去時におけるテナントフォロー及びCS対応
・賃料回収率向上の取り組み(督促業務)
・担当エリア管理物件の総合管理、管理人指導
・関係部署や入居者への電話及びメール連絡
・入居者管理システム、物件管理システムへのデータ入力
・分析レポート資料作成等のPC作業(Excel、Word、PPT)
・各種書類・帳票のチェック
※チーム内・社内間では日本語でコミュニケーションを取る必要があります

必要な経験・スキル
(語学力) タガログ語:流暢、日本語:ビジネスレベル (JLPT N2レベル以上)
(PCスキル) Excel、Wordがある程度使いこなせる方
  ビジネスメールに慣れている方
ある程度のタイピング速度がある方
(業務経験)事務経験もしくは対人経験が豊富な方
※不動産業の業務経験者優遇、特にプロパティマネジメント、ビルマネジメント経験者優遇
・フルタイムで就業可能なビザがあること

雇用・勤務形態
・正社員 雇用 (試用期間:3ヶ月)

年収 360 ~ 420万円
・年俸制(月収30万円 ~ 35万円)
・※月収のうち固定残業代 56,110円~65,462円
・上記に賞与(実績による)が加わる (昨年度実績 賞与4ヶ月)

勤務時間:平日 9:00-18:00
・週休2日制 基本土日祝休み
※2ヶ月に1度程度、土日祝の勤務が発生する可能性があります
(土日祝日に勤務した場合には、平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。)
