【Human Resources Department】Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities
● Recruitment (document screening, interview scheduling, etc.)
● Human resource development
● Recruitment event management

Required skills/experiences:
● English language - Fluent
● JLPT N2 or higher
● Work experience in Japan (at least 1 year, part-time is OK)
● Basic PC skills

Not required, but preferred:
● Experience in recruitment
● Studying/staying abroad experience
● Department management experience
● Experience in the Human Resource industry

Type of people we look for:
● Those who can quickly research information written in English and can summarize quickly
● Communication skills such as telephone and writing business emails in English
● Able to encourage and inspire others to reach their goals
● A great team player who can communicate well and execute tasks on time

Salary:
Starts from 250,000 yen (negotiable)
(15 hours deemed overtime work pay is included)

Work hours:
Complete a five-day work system (2 days off, fixed)
10:00-19:00 (1-hour break).

Main office: 6-27-30 Shinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 160-0022 Shinjuku Eastside Square, East tower, 11F
Branch office: 6-29-8 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Shinjuku Fukuchi Building 4F

Annual holidays:
Complete a five-day work system (2 days off, fixed)
Available to take vacations for 5+ consecutive days
Holidays increase with the number of years of employment as shown below:
1st year: 130 days/year in total = special paid vacations(11 days) + regular paid vacations (10 days) + fixed days off a week per year and New Year holidays.
2nd year: 134 days/year in total;
3rd year and thereafter: 137-145 days/year in total.
