Ideal candidates for Night Operations Associates can think on their feet; are disciplined & organized; have grit & perseverance; enjoy trying new approaches & changing things; are open to feedback, direct in communication, and tech-savvy.
Responsibilities
Be the vanguard for daily property operations, reception, and traveler services
Own and resolve operational challenges decisively and independently
Assist the operations team to refine and document processes
Implement operational improvements, product collaborations, tech systems, and automations

More Details
For Full-time Positions:
- On-shift basis for 9 hours (with 1 hour break)
- 2 regular days off per week
① 10pm-7am(Including 1hour break/Night shift)
② 11pm-8am(Including 1hour break/Night shift)
* Shift patterns may vary as needs evolve.
*Night hours worked (10pm to 5am) will be paid at the night time rate in accordance with Japanese labor law.
