We export auto parts (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and so on) from Japan to Europe.
We need a staff for Managing order/stock and Packing goods.
Experience is not so essential.
We are a small company (14 persons), so we need strong work ethics.

【Export of Autoparts】
・Job Description : Order and Stock Control
・Base Salary : Starting at 290000JPY/month : Taxes, Insurances and Pension will be deducted (about 50000JPY). Base Sarary can be risen every year.
　　If your Japanese level is N2 or N1, the starting salary can be 310000JPY/month.
・Commuting allowance : Shall be paid respectively.
　　In the case of commuting by train/bus, the amount shall be decided according to his/her one-month commuter pass.
　　In the case of commuting by car, the charge of gasoline shall be paid in this way below.
　　: Up to one-way 10km: 10000JPY/ month
　　: Farther than one-way 10km: 20000JPY/ month
　　: And highway toll shall be paid up to one-way 20km.
・Bonus : Twice per year
・Location : Inage-Ku, Chiba-Shi, Chiba-Ken
・Working hours : Full-time (Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00).
・Off: Saturday, Sunday, New year's holidays (about 10days), Summer holidays (1 week), Paid holidays (from 10days ～).
・Transportation expenses (train, bus, highway charge, gasoline) will be paid. (But we will not work with the person whose commute time is over 45 minutes.)
・We can get work visa for you (Bachelor's Degree is needed).
・If you need, we can help you to find your apartment (Rent: generally 30000-60000JPY/month).
・Rent will not be paid.
・One month probationary period: 240000JPY/month

【The essential requisites】
・Living in Japan (or having plan of moving to Japan)
・English : Fluent
※ Japanese : Conversational (N4 Level).
※ Driver's license
・Individual with strong work ethic
・The age limits are from 22 to 40.
・Bachelor's degree (required for Work Visa)
・Business Manners
・PC skills (Excel)
・No experience is required.
・We sometimes load and unload heavy goods, so if you have a back pain, you can not work with us.

【Job Description】
(1) Receive orders from customers
(2) Place orders to suppliers (Toyota, Nissan, Honda, and so on)
(3) Receive goods from suppliers
(4) Scan goods with a handheld scanner one by one
(5) Check quantity
(6) Make documents for exporting
(7) Pack goods and carry them to Narita-airport by a small truck (Driver's License is needed).
(8) Check the order status with a program
