Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly responsible, proactive solutions provider to engage in the full cycle recruitment of new hires in a growing, dynamic organization. Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) department in sourcing, interviewing and hiring all new employees. Work as a key partner in building the future of Apex.
Responsibilities:
・Be the face of Apex as a key member of the TA team
・Responsible for the full process of hiring, including:
Candidate sourcing
CV screening
Interviews
Offer meetings
・Engage with TA and management teams in overall TA strategy
Develop hiring strategy and matching with organizational needs
Qualifications:
・Native level English (native/business level Japanese desirable)
・At least 2 years work experience
・Minimum 4 year Bachelor's degree
・Must currently reside in Japan
Desired Experience:
・Experience utilizing strong written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
・Experience in customer service/sales environment
・Ability to present in front of individuals/groups
・Strong organizational skills
