Position: On-Call Reserve ALT

• Locations: Saitama, West Tokyo, and Gunma.
• Schedule: On-call from 7:30 am to 9 am, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is available for consistent scheduling if unavailable all five days.
• Compensation: Receive 3,000 yen daily for being on-call. If called in for work, an additional 9,000 yen is provided, totaling 12,000 yen for the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be available on-call during specified hours.
• Substitute teach as required, providing quality English education.
• Collaborate with Japanese Teachers of English (JTE) to ensure effective lessons.

Requirements:

• Ability to drive and preferably own a vehicle (not mandatory).
• Native English speaker with a professional and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to commit and be a part of the RCS team.
