Translation Coordinator （English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, French)

Qualifications:
Native speaker of Japanese or other languages with knowledge of and attention to details regarding the grammar and writing styles of text.
A thorough understanding of Japanese is necessary as the position requires the comparison of Japanese original texts with their translations.
Being able to respond in Japanese in a timely and accurate manner to inquiries and requests from our clients and translators is required.
●Japanese ability: JLPT N1 or equivalent
●English ability: around STEP 1st grade (Eiken) or TOEIC 800 or more
●Other languages: Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
●Basic PC ability: familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
●Sales experience is a plus
●Knowledge of AI data creation, voice recording, etc. is a plus

Contract type: Contract employee　(3 months) (A permanent position may be available at the end of the contract period)
Contract type: Full-time employees　(with a 3-month probationary period)
Salary: From 230,000 yen/month depending on experience and ability
Work Location: In-office (Mejiro)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, all national holidays
Working hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (incl. 1hr lunch break)

Note: We welcome people who are familiar with international cooperation projects or/and machine translation and post-editing work.

翻訳/ 通訳コーディネーター(英語、スペイン語、ロシア語、ウクライナ語、フランス語)

日本語原稿を翻訳した文章の確認作業が多いため、日本語とその他の言語の理解力が必要です。
お客様からの要望にタイムリーかつ正確に回答できる方。

●日本語：日本語能力試験1級程度以上の日本語力、
●英語：英検1級、TOEIC800 点程度。
●その他言語:その他の言語が分かれば尚可。

●基本的なPC操作必須（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、Adobe等）
●営業経験のある方尚可
●AI用データ作成、音声収録などの知識がある方尚可

・クライアント対応（問合せ対応、打ち合わせ、見積り作成など）
・翻訳手配、進捗管理
・翻訳
・翻訳チェック
・編集
・新規および既存顧客への営業

契約形態：契約社員（3ヶ月の試用期間あり）
給与：月額230,000円～（経験、能力により決定）
就業場所：弊社事務所（最寄：JR目白駅）
就業日：月～金曜日
休日：土日祝日、年末年始
時間：9：30～18：30（内昼休憩1時間）
