Home to the finest world-class powder snow in the winter, Niseko also invites travelers to hiking, rafting, and other summer adventures.

Our team needs your international skills here in Niseko, one of the most international work environments in Japan.

Jozankei is the guest quarters of Sapporo, surrounded by rich forest and the Toyohira River. We offer our guests a higher grade of Japanese-style hospitality, a remote part of city by seasonal nature.
The number of customers from overseas, mainly Chinese-speaking countries, has been increasing in recent years, so you can make the most of your experience and language skills.

Job description:Responsible for all guest service operations in the hotel.
- Hotel front, reservation, and night front duties
- Check settlements
- Change the date on the hotel system
- Handle guest accommodation inquiries
- Other hotel operation duties
- General guest service at the restaurant (seat guests, take orders, serve food, clear tables, etc.)
- Preparations before opening, clean up after closing, etc.
- Other related duties (inventory, preparing the work shift, etc.)

Requirements:
・Ability to communicate with customers in Japanese (N2 level) and English (Business level)
・Able to perform as part of a team
・Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
・Cooperate with other department staff
・We welcome people who are inexperienced but are motivated

Preferences:
・Wine Sommelier, Sake Sommelier or Japanese Tea Sommelier experience is valued
・Experience with MS office software
・Experience with OPERA (PMS) is a plus
・Knowledge of Online Travel Agency (OTA) booking and systems
・Chinese or Korean language ability is a plus
