Job summary:
Represent candidates and clients, understanding the needs of both sides in order to provide high-level consultation.
Candidate Management:
・Manage the entire recruitment process from job application through offer process
(ex. Prepare documents, arrange interviews with clients, negotiate offer details, etc.)
・Calling and emailing to make appointments
・Conduct career consultation meetings with candidates to understand their needs
・Match candidates to jobs
Client Management:
・Develop new clients
・Understand the hiring needs of clients
・Provide consulting solutions to help fulfil recruitment needs
Qualifications:
・Strong communication skills via email, phone, and in person
・2 years of work experience, preferably in Japan
・Business level English or higher
・4 year University degree
Preferred Skills / Experiences:
・Experience in the following industries:
Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Legal, Finance, IT, Medical Device, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Accounting
・Experience in new business development
・Sales or consulting experience
・Business level Japanese
