Description

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting, logical thinking person to join our growing team.

The Associate position entails conducting searches to identify potential candidates that match client hiring needs. The successful candidate will be sourcing candidates and guiding them through the entire job application and interview process to the offer stage. This role requires you to build and manage a network of candidates through reaching out by email, and cold calling. The ability to network, and communicate effectively both on the phone, in email, and in person is highly important.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build professional network by reaching out to candidates through email and cold calling
- Conduct career consultation meetings with candidates to determine recommendations for job opportunities
- Pitch client job opportunities to candidates
- Manage entire recruitment process from job application, interviews, and offer process
- Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information

Qualifications:
- Previous work experience, preferably in Japan – sales or consulting experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in email, by phone, and in person
- Capability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment
- Business level English or higher
- Business level Japanese is preferred but not required

⇒20日後:求職者との面談に同席、流れを学びながら名刺交換、Apexの紹介からスタート。

◇必要な能力、経験
- 新卒可能。営業、人材コンサルティング経験は尚可。
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- スピード感、チャレンジ精神、粘り強さ
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語、日本語
