英語を用いて海外取引先との折衝も行うので、英語力を活かせる・伸ばせる求人です。

■業務内容:
・法人顧客(医療施設、ドクター、研究者)向けの欧米の高品質サプリメントの営業職。
・当初は既存顧客営業100%、将来は新規開拓も担当する可能性あり。
・電話、メール、対面での商品説明・提案。
・電話、メールでの海外取引先とのやりとり。相手国はアメリカ、カナダ、スペイン。
・商談に向けた資料作成、契約書作成などの事務作業 (割合は全業務の30%〜70%)。
・その他、インターネット通販・広告のセールスディレクター業務、先進的な医療の国際カンファレンス出展の企画・運営、先進医療や商材に関する資料制作。

■応募要件 
(必須)
- 流暢レベルの日本語力 (ネイティブでなくても可。敬語が使えること)、ビジネスレベルの英語力。
- 学歴:大卒以上。
- 日本での社会人経験。営業経験は不問。
- 基本的なPC操作ができること。資料作成に支障がないこと。
- 出張が可能であること (ゆくゆくは地方のお客様との商談もお任せします)

■勤務時間
9:30~18:30(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

■給与
・月給 23万5000円~30万円
・別途、賞与支給 (年間1ヶ月〜1.5ヶ月分。会社業績、査定評価・個人実績による)
・加えて業務実績に応じてインセンティブ支給(100%支給実績有1~4回/年。1回につき数万円程度)

Help spread state-of-the-art medicine throughout Japan!

Sunsynergy Co., Ltd., an import trading company for doctor supplements and medical technologies from Europe and America, is looking for a sales representative.

You will pitch doctors in Japan in Japanese and negotiate with foreign suppliers in English. So you can improve your both of there languages on business.

■Company:
- The sole provider of six European state-of-the-art doctor supplements and medical technologies of the highest quality

■Primary Duties:
- European health supplement sales for medical and corporate clients.
- Initially, you will manage existing client accounts, but over time you will be expected to generate new leads and clients.
- Conducting sales proposals by email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. 
- Keep in touch with overseas suppliers in America, Canada, and Spain via email and phone.
- Create sales materials, proposals, and contracts which will occupy 30-70% of your work time.

■Other Duties:
- Research and report on the latest advances in medicine and related products.
- Participate and direct the operations of e-commerce and advertisements.
- Plan our event space for international conferences on advanced medicine.

■Requirements:
- Fluent level Japanese (including Keigo) and business level English are required (French and Spanish speakers are welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in Japanese business society (If you’re a native Japanese speaker, this is not required). Sales experience is not required.
- Basic computer operation skill for material creation.

■Salary
- 235,000 yen ~ 300,000 yen (Monthly)
- Plus a regular bonus equivalent to 1 to 1.5 months salary each year depending on assessment and company performance.
- On top of that, smaller incentive bonuses are paid based on good company results and your performance (possibly 1 to 4 times each year) .
*Abilities and experience will be considered regarding salary and placement.
* Trial period (maximum 6 months. The salary during the trial period will be discussed in interview.)

【A sample annual income for an employee 3 years of experience】
4,500,000 yen (Month salary 320,000 yen + bonus + smaller incentive bonus
