・Supports the Marketing Department with the planning, implementation and administration of local and regional marketing in particular sales promotion, leaflet distribution, schools and PR. All activities will be in line with brand and trade sector strategies.
・Create brilliant user experiences that meet our commercial objectives and drive growth in sales and conversion rate.
・Ensure overall sales growth through improved merchandising.
・Work within the overall look and feel of the appropriate brand.
・Work collaboratively with the regional marketing team & e-commerce team to ensure priorities are managed effectively and progressed according to deadlines.
・Work collaboratively as a “Brand Ambassador” to ensure the brand is appropriately represented across all digital assets.
◆◇Required Knowledge/Skills for Digital Marketing Manager◇◆
・Budget management and KPI reporting
・Good communications skills and a good understanding of stakeholder management
・Understanding of digital media formats
・Good understanding of SEO techniques
・Experience growing traffic across digital media channels
・Experience with Google Analytics and related tracking technologies
・Fluency in Japanese is essential
◆◇Required Knowledge/Skills for Events and Campaign Manager◇◆
・One or more years of experience in event execution at an operating company, advertising agency or PR company
・The ability to effectively multitask and manage projects
・Knowledge of executing events as marketing activities
・High level of motivation
・Good interpersonal communication skills
・Business level English and Japanese
